Our 5-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the finish of every Yene Everyday piece. If the gold finish fades, flakes or discolors under normal wear within five years of the original purchase date, we will repair or replace the piece, at our option.
What’s covered: Fading, flaking or discoloration of the gold finish, and manufacturing defects, when the piece has been worn normally and cared for as described in our Care section on its product page.
What’s not covered: Damage from impact, bending or crushing; exposure to bleach, harsh chemicals or abrasives; lost stones or pearls; skin reactions; normal surface scratches; and wear from improper care.
To make a claim: Email support@yenestore.com with your order number and clear photos of the piece. We’ll reply within 3 business days. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
This warranty is provided by Yene Store. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
