How It Works:
Submit Your Design Request: Provide clear photos from different angles, including size details, preferred diamond shape, carat weight, and your choice of metal—14K, 18K white or yellow gold, or platinum as well as engraving instruction.
Receive Your Design: Within 5-7 days, we'll send you custom CAD and 3D renderings for your review and approval.
Production & Shipping: Once approved, the production process begins. From that point, delivery—including crafting and shipping—may take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions until you're completely happy with your design.
No Upfront Deposit: Start your design process with zero financial commitment.
Return Policy: Custom designs are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
